My experience at this hotel was incredibly disappointing. The cleanliness was appalling, and the management's response to my complaints was unprofessional. While I appreciated the location being close to the historic Route 66, it really doesn't offset the overall lack of hygiene and comfort in the rooms. I wouldn't recommend staying here, especially when there are better options available nearby.
